Emily is driving our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations. Partnering closely with our COO, Emily focuses on the development and implementation of a robust ESG approach within the firm and our portfolio, as well as supporting with financial operations.

Before joining A/O, Emily was the Sustainability Reporting manager for Ashtead Group plc, where she developed and implemented sustainability reporting processes.

Emily qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) at PwC and holds a BSC in Mathematics from Cardiff University.
